China, the biggest supplier of solar power panels, quadrupled a domestic installation goal for solar energy projects to21 gigawatts by2015 to help absorb the excess supply of panels and support prices. The target includes1 gigawatt of solar-thermal power plants, said Shi Lishan, deputy director of the administrations renewable energy division. China had planned5 gigawatts of capacity in the five years through2015 and20 gigawatts by2020.

据德新社报道，消息人士称，欧委会调查认为，中国光伏电池出口商从国家补贴中获利。其形式包括低息贷款、税务优惠和低于市场价购买土地等。中国出口商由此获得不公平优势。消息人士透露，欧委会已将相关意见发送给光伏企业和北京政府。收到回复后，欧盟将决定进一步措施，包括因不被允许的国家补贴而予以处罚。欧委会尚未就此作出正式表态。
